Hi, I’m Brooke! 

Seawatch started with a love story—one between me, a little bungalow by the sea, and the charming café next door. From the moment I moved in, I knew this corner of Manasquan was special. I spent two soul-filling years there, and even after moving to my house on the bay, I couldn’t stay away. (Confession: I even had a friend move into the bungalow just so I’d have an excuse to keep coming back!) 

After 18 years as a flight attendant traveling the world, I can honestly say nothing compares to the magic of a Jersey beach town. Since 2019, this community has held my heart—and now it’s become home in the truest sense.

She’s a coastal coffee shop and neighborhood market designed to capture that laid-back, cozy seaside charm. Here’s what you’ll find inside: 

• A fresh food market with grab-and-go items and everyday essentials (think mini supermarket by the sea) 
• A coffee bar serving all your favorite espresso drinks, teas and even beans to take home 
• A small, curated selection of home goods and signature Seawatch merch
